STOCK-TAKE OF CAPACITY BUILDING IN THE CORAL TRIANGLE.

Undertaking a stock-take of existing capacity building support, materials, efforts and infrastructure related to establishing and managing marine protected areas (MPAs) and supporting marine and coastal conservation across the Coral Triangle (CT). The stock-take was commissioned by the CT Initiative on Coral Reefs, Fisheries and Food Security (CTI-CFF) Regional Secretariat, with the aim to guide and inform the future development of a clear road map for the CTI-CFF to catalyze sufficient institutional capacity and human capital in coastal communities, community organizations and MPA managers to protect 30% of the coastal and marine waters in the Coral Triangle region by 2030.
